When I uploaded my last running session on the Nike web page I got a challenge. Run 3500 Nike fuel points a week for 4 weeks (apperently my average). I decided why not!
Today I headed out at my parents place for a 6 km run.i thought I was going to die, but have decided that untop of dancing twice a week, yoga, swimming I will do one interval and one distance running session a week for the next four weeks. After that I think the treadmill will become my best friend instead of the woods!
